Join the Westford Garden Club
Anyone, including folks from surrounding towns with an interest in gardening, are welcome to join the Westford Garden Club! You needn’t be a gardener, we’re happy to have you join and help you get started with gardening! Meetings are typically held the first week of each month - September through June. Each meeting begins with a club update followed by a seminar, workshop or event.
Member Participation
Members of the Westford Garden Club are encouraged to:
Join a committee of their choosing (visit our committees page to learn more)
Help to water WGC gardens and planters throughout the community during the growing season
Provide a flower arrangement or flowering plant to the JV Fletcher Library for two weeks of the year
Participate in WGC fundraisers
Serve as a host/hostess for one meeting per year
Involvement in our main initiatives
Members of the Westford Garden Club will also participate in our main club initiatives:
Planting and maintenance of the herb and pollinator gardens at the Westford Museum
Planting and maintenance of the seasonal planters at the JV Fletcher Library, Westford Town Hall, Westford Police Station, Watering Trough on the Common, and Forge Village
Membership Fee
There is a yearly membership fee of $35.00
*WGC Meetings will be cancelled if Westford Public Schools are closed.
